Full Time Operations Manager
Primary responsibility includes supporting the operations of the bank through customer service, online banking support, reconciliations, processing deposit accounts, returns, answering phones, and balancing the General Ledger. Preferred Education and Experience include: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Three to five years of customer service, banking, bookkeeping and related experience and/or training in a similar position preferred. Must be proficient with computers and software systems.
Teller or Customer Service Representative
Will perform Teller duties in addition to CSR duties. Responsible for handling money, checks, account opening, record-keeping, written reports, and other financial transactions. Has excellent customer service skills and enjoys sales. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with previous Teller experience and/or banking knowledge preferred.
Financial Services Leader
In our Virginia market at Covington and Hot Springs Offices. Spervisor of Teller and Customer Service positions. Also performs the duties of a teller/customer service representative. Promotes sales culture, increase core deposits, strengthen customer relationships, and promote services. Reviews and reports branch activities and ensures compliance with bank policies and procedures. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Associate's degree or equivalent preferred with supervisory experience. Previous Teller or Banking experience highly desired.
